Last updated: August 30, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Craft Digital (“Craft Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Franchise Performance Dashboards web application (the “Service”). The Service is a business reporting tool provided for Joshua Tree Experts, LLC corporate staff and authorized franchisee users. These Terms are effective as of August 30, 2026. By signing in to or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

Accounts on the Service are invitation-based; you cannot self-register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at the email address below if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your organization’s internal business reporting. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service, resell or sublicense access to the Service, or use any automated means (including scraping or bots) to access or extract data from the Service outside of its intended interface.

Third-Party Services

The Service can connect to third-party platforms you or your company already use, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and various advertising platforms. Any such connection is made under your own or your company’s separate agreement with that provider; Craft Digital is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for the third-party platform’s availability, accuracy, or terms. Choosing to connect a third-party platform authorizes the data flows described in our Privacy Policy for that connection.

Data & Accuracy Disclaimer

The dashboards aggregate data from the systems you connect and are provided for informational business- reporting purposes only. They are not accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice, and figures shown in the Service should be verified against the underlying systems of record (such as QuickBooks Online or your field-operations system) before being relied upon for accounting, tax, financial, or legal decisions.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is the property of Craft Digital. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you. Data that you or your company connect to or enter into the Service remains your property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craft Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount paid to Craft Digital for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have misused it or violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, though these Terms will continue to apply to any use that occurred before termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
